On the occasion of second phase of the World Summit on the Information Society (Tunisia- November 05), and on behalf of HE Minister Tarek Kamel, Minister of Communications and Information Technology, a reception will take place on the 17th of November from 14:00- 16:00 at the Place Centrale (ICT4 ALL exhibition- Kram Plexpo). The reception will feature statements by a number of eminent personalities and a multi media presentation.
